Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your new purchase and continue shopping with us. However,
if something is not right we are happy to offer an exchange from our online store.
You may exchange any purchased item(s) at your own postage cost. All full priced
item(s) may be returned for a refund if the items are faulty.
To exchange, please notify us via email at email@example.com wthin 14
days of receiving your order.
When exchanging, you are required to enclose a prepaid post bag for the return of your
item(s). We strongly suggest using a registered mail such as Australia Post. If no tracking
system is used on the package Cassandra Pennisi will not be held responsible for any
package returned and not received by us. If a faulty item is being exchanged, Cassandra
Pennisi will supply a post bag for sending out the new item.
The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of email confirmation of the exchange.
All exchange items must be returned in saleable condition i.e. new, unworn, unwashed,
and in its original condition with all tags attached. Cassandra Pennisi is not responsible for
any item(s) exchanged that are not returned in a saleable condition. Cassandra Pennisi will
not accept your return for exchange if we consider the item(s) used.
