Shipping Policy 

Cassandra Pennisi delivers nationwide with Australia Post for a flat rate of $10 for parcel post and $15 for express post. 

As all garments are made especially for you, please allow 7-12 working days from the time of purchase for your order to be shipped.  
Once dispatched, domestic orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on your location and choice of delivery service. 

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. 

Upon shipment, a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number.

Australia Post are currently experiencing delays. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

**Customers should allow an additional two days for delivery outside metropolitan areas and to Western Australia

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of Australia. 

Returns Policy  

As a valued client of Cassandra Pennisi, we would like to thank you for your purchase.  

In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made online at 

Full priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Sale items purchased online cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds, credit notes or exchanges on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty.  

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request: 
— The goods are returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. 
— Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Be mindful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening, we will be unable to accept your return.  
— Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached. 

Cassandra Pennisi reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply and are subject to alterations and cancellations as per our returns policy.

2. How to return
Once a confirmation email has been received authorising your return, pack the item(s) in a post satchel with your original invoice and return by post to:

Cassandra Pennisi is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. We recommend sending the item via a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.  

Once your online return is received, the item(s) will be assessed to ensure it complies with our policy. Your refund will be reversed to the original payment method, excluding delivery charges.  
We can offer an exchange on a full price item if you wish to swap your item for a different size or item(s) of equal value of your original purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability once your return is received. If we are unable to fulfil your request, we will be in touch via email or phone. 

Cassandra Pennisi Return Policy is subject always to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
